VertexBD Framer is a rules based framing system which can be customized to meet each company's specific building details and procedures. The software provides complete control over tolerances, beam pockets, additional studs, cross bracing, gusset plates, header details, panel break locations, clip details, web stiffeners and more. Also provided are manual and automatic panel break tools. The resulting panel elevations are completely interactive and provide full control over the framing and sheathing components. Changes to the panel elevations are applied to the 3D framed model automatically.

All manufacturing data is availiable for integration with roll formers, panel assembly equipment, laser projection layout systems, scheduling or inventory control systems. The flexible platform also provides the opportunity to integrate with other software or automated equipment systems.

Efficient generation of all framing plans, drawings, materials, panel manufacturing information and cutting lists for the deisgn, construction and manufacturing of residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Construction documents can be created in a variety of formats and export files for analysis in various software applications while output formats can be edited to create custom reports and files. Advanced roof modeling tools allow the builder to handle the most complex roof designs and generate truss profiles for export to engineering software. (See list below.)
