Rental Program
Rent Vertex BD based on six month periods. Payments include a Support & Maintenance subscription. See details below.
Each rental license requires a $100 deposit for the HASP module.
Software licenses are available for purchase at any time during the rental period. Licenses may be purchased within the first 2 years of the rental agreement for a cost equal to the full purchase price of the license. Licenses purchased after renting for 2 uninterrupted years may be purchased for a cost equal to 50% of the full purchase price. The $100 HASP module deposit for each license that is purchased will be credited towards the final purchase price of each license.
Software Support & Maintenance Program
Vertex BD users can subscribe to software support & maintenance at any time. This subscription entitles users to:
- Technical support for problem reporting, problem diagnosis and technical assistance
- Corrections and workarounds which have been tested and formally released
- New software releases and improvements
- Updates and changes to manuals and documentation
- Information about new functionality

Upgrade Service
As always, Vertex BD upgrades are FREE OF CHARGE for everyone actively participating in our Support and Maintenance program, including all software rentals!
Not on support? For a limited time, upgrades from version 14.0 and up may be purchased at 50% off the regular license price. Each upgraded license includes 1 hour of service for upgrading customized environments. If required, additional service time may be purchased at standard customization rates.
