Vertex Framer is based on the industry leading VertexBD software system (Vertex Building Design System) which provides information management solutions for commercial and residential building manufacturers. Vertex Framer enables you to efficiently generate all framing plans, drawings, materials, panel manufacturing information and cutting lists for the design, construction and manufacturing of residential, commercial and industrial buildings. The Building Information Model (BIM) includes easy to define framing rules to meet individual needs and specific requirements of your company.

DESIGNSTREAM (PDM)
DesignStream is a web-based design collaboration tool for homebuilding companies. It connects building documentation with sales teams, design centers, estimating, and trade partners. Sales teams can produce customer-specific marketing materials directly from the browser interface. Because only a browser is required for operation, it is very easy to learn and use.

VERTEX VIEWER
Vertex Viewer is an excellent, easy-to-use, free software tool for viewing, editing and printing Vertex 3D-models, the connected 2D-drawings and distinct 2D-drawings. You can also view and print rasterized drawings made with the VERTEX Light Works visualization option.

wire-frame without hidden lines. |

> Working with the 3D-model, you can zoom, pan, rotate, and fly in the model. |

> Make change requests or comments by adding texts, lines or symbols to
design drawings either directly to the drawing or use yellow post-it notes for
longer texts. All markings can be hidden when necessary. |

> E-mail files with red pen markings for revision or return them to the Vertex
data management software. |

VERTEX VIEWER FOR VISUALIZATION MODULE
Vertex Viewer for the Visualization module allows the creation of a model house plan with one button click which your clients can then use to review in 3d. This is different than most 3d walk-through programs that are canned by allowing:

> Selections of predefined paths which will lead your client through different parts of the house helping to familiarize them with the plan. |

> The ability to stop anywhere and look around the space. |
|
> The ability to “walk” wherever they want. |
|
> Zooming in on specific items. |
|
> Printing out views of particular areas of the plan. |
The models used are stripped down versions of their original models. If there are revisions to the original model, an updated web model can be generated in a few minutes and uploaded to a website to replace the old model. This keeps web material current without incurring the additional expense of having to send it to a rendering firm for an update. Adding furniture to these homes helps give a true feel of the home, what a room will feel like with furniture and what will be seen if standing in one room and looking into another room.
